You know what doesn't get enough love? Cachaca! Surprise your regulars with something new from your bag of tricks and feature Brazil's favorite spirit in a caipirinha. Cut one lime into wedges, placing all but one wedge in a shaker. Muddle. Pour in 2 oz. cachaca and ½ oz. simple syrup, combine well, and top with ice. Shake. Strain contents into an old fashioned class with ice. Garnish with reserved lime wedge.
This popular shaker set features a base, straining lid, and cap. The cap also works as a measured jigger for up to 1 ¾ oz. Shaker measures 9 ½ " tall and 3 ½ " in diameter. Imprinting available. Replacement caps are sold separately.
